it isnt easter anymore, but i was just thinking, on easter we did this little comparison thing at our church, it compared buddhism, hinduism, muslims, and christianity, it said the thought to be facts of all, and for buddhism, hinduism, and muslims it said that the tomb of their god wa not empty, but had a body to prove that t they were indeed dead, and then it came to jesus and it said, grave empty, and you kinda had to be there but it was moving... sorry if that had nothing to do with this topic

lauralou, please leave the other religions alone. You do not believe in them, but many do. They don't deserve to be picked on no matter what the fuck you think. Who do you think you are to say to be such a bitch? Would Jesus say these things? You are the types of people that effect us and make others think we are hypocrites. You have no damn right to it. Well, prove yourself to be God, and then I'll be sorry.

Well, yeah, that was nice, and I am glad he died because or else we'd have to still be doing what the old testament people did.

Agreed and well said!

Star gazer you make no sinse. You come on a religion topics board and claim to be a Christian cussing someone out in the same post. Now let me as you the same question you asked. Would Jesus say these things? No I don't believe so. So if you are goign to claim to be a Christian act like it. to poster 3 if you say you don't want him and just wanting to cause arguements about religion then why come to the religion board? Unless of course you come here because you are truely seeking Christ?

Anyway I am so thankful for what Jesus did for all of us. We will be blessed and none of us deserve but he's going to give it to us anyway if we believe in him.

So, if I have this correct, Jesus is now a risen zombie, and he's going to eat all of the children?

But, he died for the world's sins, and if it was not for his sacrifice, we would still be living in the way they lived before he was born?

So, if Jesus had not died, I would not have a computer?

And, when he returns we will all be zombies?

Oh, and we should all drown in his Jesusness?

Post 18 by bozmagic (The rottie's your best friend if you want him/her to be, lol.) on Tuesday, 29-Jul-2008 5:58:51

Yep! Christ rises again every year, sometime during late March, early April when Easter Sunday falls and we all get our eastery eggs, bunnies, treatettes Etc Etc. This post's now 4 months too late, lmfao.

So wait a minute, does this mean that Christ is more like a reverse vampire who hibernates, than a zombie?

How very interesting...

Post 20 by singingsensation (I just keep on posting!) on Tuesday, 14-Apr-2009 15:49:33

LOL! I don't think he's a vampire. And you would still have your computer even if Jesus didn't die for us. Heh. He is not going to eat his children, nor would he want to do that. And yes, if he didn't die, we would still be giving our own sacrifices. And we will not be zombies when he returns. LMFAO!

Um. Wow. That was an unexpected turn. Yes, it is not Easter, but that doesn't mean that we can't get down on our knees and praise the Lord and Savior.

I don't believe in Jesus or sin since I'm a Hellenic Polytheist. I also make libations of wine, wateretc and make offerings of food, hymns etc (not live animals) to The Gods and find it very rewarding and satisfying. But I simply can't agree with someone coming on here just to start trouble and making fun of people's choice of deity. Granted, if someone comes to me and tries to force their religion on me, I will speak my mind. But these people are simply worshipping their god. So aren't we as nonChristians being hypocrits when we start trouble with those who are doing their own thing and not harming anyone?
